Can I link my website to the Royal Parks website?

The Royal Parks links to other websites, provided that the link complies with this policy. In particular, you should note the following conditions:

We do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of the information external to the Royal Parks website.

No endorsement of your site by the Royal Parks is given, nor should this be implied.

Royal Parks content must not be framed within your site and the use of any material from the website must be approved see (disclaimer).

We welcome links from visitor and tourist information websites but regrettably cannot usually offer a reciprocal link.

Linking from The Royal Parks site

You must email the Webmaster requesting a link-swap, please note that we only include links with organisations whose aims and activities are similar to our own; for example:

Parks, heritage organisations, concessions located on Royal Parks land or other stakeholders; eg Household Cavalry, English Heritage;

partners and collaborators on projects;

supporters of The Royal Parks and Friends groups.

We do not link to the websites of commercial organisations e.g gardening equipment. We do not currently accept third-party advertising on the site, nor do we charge a fee for including a link on our website.

The Royal Parks are internationally renowned, and mentioned in all sorts of contexts in all manner of websites. A mention of a Royal Park on your site is not sufficient grounds to warrant a reciprocal link.

We accept graphical links (i.e. logos) only under special circumstances, and we insist that these are supplied by their owners in a pre-agreed size and format, with written (email is fine) permission for their use.

Should The Royal Parks agree to a link swap, size and placement of the link shall be entirely at the discretion of the RP Web Team.
