The Regent's Park
The Regent's Park Tennis Centre provides high quality tennis facilities is accredited by the Lawn Tennis Association and is the first non-local authority or city council facility to gain this status. City Tennis Clubs ensure the game is accessible and affordable for everyone. People are encouraged to 'turn up and play' while, for regular players, a range of membership options are available. British Military Fitness
British Military Fitness (BMF) is for everyone, with classes divided into three groups - blue for beginners, red for intermediates and green for advanced. Whichever you join, you can be sure that you’ll enjoy an entertaining workout with people with a similar level of fitness. BMF is effective - the encouragement and knowledge of the instructors means a varied, different workout every week. Your instructor will also use the particular terrain of each park to help deliver a fresh, natural fitness high.

Hyde Park
Allowed on all roads and designated routes. These include: Alexandra Gate to Hyde Park Corner along Rotten Row; from Hyde Park Corner along Serpentine Road; from Victoria Gate along North Carriage Drive towards Speakers’ Corner; along the Broad Walk.
Kensington Gardens
Allowed on The Broad Walk, Palace Walk and Mount Walk.
Richmond Park

St James’s Park
Allowed on roads and on the North Horse Ride, parallel to The Mall.
The Green park
Allowed on Constitution Hill.
The Regent’s Park

The Hub
The Hub is a unique multi sports facility which offers a wide range of sporting activities, exercise classes and children's activities for the local community to enjoy. It is a fantastic venue in the middle of The Regent's Park which includes a café that offers a stunning 360 degree view of the heart of Regent's Park. The Hub can also be hired for a variety of functions, making it a truly multi functional community facility.
