Richmond Park Open Weekend
This year Richmond Park will be holding Open Weekend on 15th and 16th July, for members of the public to find out more about what goes on behind the scenes in managing the Park as well as an insight into the huge array of wildlife that lives in the Park.
The weekend will be full of fun activities and displays including a beekeeping and honey sale, Shire horses, wood turning, old vintage motorcycles and rides on a model steam railway.
There will also be guided walks of the Park, woodlands and charcoal burning demonstrations, metal work displays and much more!
Whether you want to learn more about stag beetles, red deer, bird-life or the many different ways you can experience true wilderness on the edge of a major city, this weekend is for you.
