Walking groups
A number of walking groups take place in the park which are particularly suitable for older people, mothers and toddlers and anyone that hasn't exercised for some time. They are affiliated to the Camden & Islington Health Walk Scheme and are led by qualified walk leaders. There are benches and toilets along each walk route.
There is no need to book and no cost - just turn up a few minutes before the advertised start time. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a small bottle of water. All walks are followed by refreshments in a local café.
